Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original condition with all tags attached
• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Intimate apparel and swimwear
• Downloadable digital products

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

• Include your order number and reason for return
• Wait for return authorization and shipping label
• Package your item securely and send it back

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

• We'll inspect the item within 3-5 business days
• If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

6. Exchange Policy

Want a different size or design? We're happy to exchange your item. Just contact us with your order details and preferred exchange item. Exchanges are subject to availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
